"LOST IN TRANSLATION"
trans·la·tion/transˈlāSHən/

The process of translating words or text from one language into another: "Constantine's translation of Arabic texts into Latin".
A written or spoken rendering of the meaning of a word, speech, book, or other text, in another language.
That is what appears on you desktop when you google the meaning of the word TRANSLATION
Fundamentally every language is the same,FUNDAMENTALLY.
When we use different languages to convey our thoughts,we put together pieces of ideas that come up in our head and frame sentences.Blue is still Blue in chinese or Door is still door in german. However, how can saying the same thing create scuh chasm between intentions?
Translations is similar to and perhaps should be renamed,Transmutation. In transmutation, old achemists tried to transmute one substance into another, say metal into sand, lead into gold. Offcourse they werent succesfull, at the height of proficiency all they could do is make something which looks like gold.I suppose a similar effect is seen when we translate anything.
News is one of those crucial events of a noRmal human beings every day chore...And i believe not much but yeah a lot of it does get lost in translation! Also the impact of the original conversation/peice of article is lost in translations.
News media though isnt much affected because of the reasons of the pictures being included AND pictures talk for themself.
