Language and statements follow their own rules, and allow us to do and say certain things, but the relationship between our statements and the world outside them is not rule-governed.

The Language of MASS MEDIA

Wittgenstein theme of “language games” can be exploited explicitly in the literature. What we showed is that between the activities called LANGUAGE GAMES there are more relations of functional analogies or conceptual functionality. According to LUDWIG WITTGENSTEIN is saying, there were different people with the different verbal communication, but the message is conveying in there comfortable language. There is different verbal communication with different public and these are following there rules and regulation. “There is, in other words, something primordial, something foundational, about thinking visually”.

All messages conveying the meaning, without any rules they saying there meaning. For example if we talked about RAJ THAKAREY, his conveying message is so crucial and idiot (sometime it make sense) the main views he wants to present in front of civic, that is saying is totally right others are worth less. Actually RAJ THAKAREY’s speech is so prejudice, that is the reason Marathi Manus gets easily attracted towards it. And he always opposes bahiyya’s. His speech emphasizes to those public whose go through his ways.

It can be targeted to the audience, were audience get influence from one speech and get more and more influenced in these kinds of issues.

Naroda Patiya massacre

The Naroda Patiya massacre took place on 28 February 2002 at Naroda, Gujrat, during the Gujrat riots, killing lots of people. The post-Godhra rioting, which lasted over 10 hours, had seen the mob looting, stabbing, sexually assaulting, gang-raping and burning people individually and in groups. After the conflict, a curfew was imposed in the state and army troops were called in to contain further violence. This was termed as the largest mass killing case in 2002, during the Gujrat riots, as it recorded the largest number of deaths at once!

Survivors faced socio-economic issues as many were left homeless, orphaned, injured, and physically abused, and in addition a number of shrines were destroyed and studies were also affected because various educational institutions cancelled exams or closed. The surviving victims were immediately given shelter in relief camps provided by the state and central government, and efforts to restore the destroyed properties and shrines were initiated

Gujrat Special Court has announced on accused  61, a blame worth has been only 32 people. Whereas 29 out of them got bail as well.

David Brodwell!

There is a difference between the story given to the viewer through the narrative and the story communicated to the audience through the media language.

The coverage of Mumbai terror attacks would be the best way to explain the above mentioned phrase. When the terror broke out it was only a threat of terror and naxalism but when later media involved in brought another angle to the entire, and that is the relation between India and Pakistan. Also than it involved the major role of muslims in it. Later for every kind of terror happening around the people made a mind-set it is the muslim community doing it. This is now the story of terror turned to be communal thing. No doubt the people involved in it were muslims but does it actually means that every muslims are the same No it’s not that but we do have the mentality that muslims are the reason for terror.

Godhra Riots!

They hanged muslim kids first, and then they burned them!

On 27 February 2002, 58 Hindus including 25 women and 15 children, activists of the Vishva Hindu Parishad and other Hindu pilgrims returning by the Sabarmathi express train from Ayodhya, were burnt alive in a railway coach by a large Muslim mob. in a conspiracy. The conspiracy theory was backed by the fact that rumor of Abduction of Muslims girls by Kar Sevak was spread throughout the locality which is a Muslim majority area.
Initial media reports blamed the local Muslims for setting the coach on fire. The New Nanavati Report states that the Attack on the "Kar Sevaks" on the train from Ayodhya was pre-planned, and exonerates Chief Minister Narendra Modi. A previous report on the Godhra train burning, filed by Justice Banerjee, a more recent report filed by Justice Nanavati states that it was "pre-planned" by the mob. The Gujarat High Court ruling, as of 2006, has declared as illegal and unconstitutional, setting up of the Umesh Chandra Banerjee committee, which had concluded the fire started by accident. Gujarat High Court quashed the conclusions of the Banerjee Committee and declared its formation as a "colourful exercise," "illegal, unconstitutional, null and void," and its argument of accidental fire "opposed to the prima facie accepted facts on record.".Going further, the report claims that one Hassan Lalu had thrown burning objects into the train and 140 litres of petrol had been used to set the train on fire, adding that stones were thrown at passengers to stop them from fleeing.
Nine years after the Godhra train went up in flames the court on 22 February 2011 pronounced its judgement. Additional Session Judge delivered the verdict and convicted 31 Muslims and acquitted 63.The bodies of those killed in the train were brought to Ahmedabad, where a procession was held, a move seen as a major provocation for the ensuing communal violence. The VHP issued a call for a state-wide strike on 28 February 2002, which was supported by the BJP. In February 2011, the findings of the Nanavati-Mehta commission were upheld in court, and the Godhra train burning was called a "pre-planned conspiracy". 31 people were convicted of setting fire to the train and "roasting alive 59 helpless kar sevaks." of which 11 were sentenced to death and 20 to life sentences.

"LOST IN TRANSLATION"

trans·la·tion/transˈlāSHən/

The process of translating words or text from one language into another: "Constantine's translation of Arabic texts into Latin".
A written or spoken rendering of the meaning of a word, speech, book, or other text, in another language.

That is what appears on you desktop when you google the meaning of the word TRANSLATION

Fundamentally every language is the same,FUNDAMENTALLY.
When we use different languages to convey our thoughts,we put together pieces of ideas that come up in our head and frame sentences.Blue is still Blue in chinese or Door is still door in german. However, how can saying the same thing create scuh chasm between intentions?

Translations is similar to and perhaps should be renamed,Transmutation. In transmutation, old achemists tried to transmute one substance into another, say metal into sand, lead into gold. Offcourse they werent succesfull, at the height of proficiency all they could do is make something which looks like gold.I suppose a similar effect is seen when we translate anything.

News is one of those crucial events of a noRmal human beings every day chore...And i believe not much but yeah a lot of it does get lost in translation! Also the impact of the original conversation/peice of article is lost in translations.
News media though isnt much affected because of the reasons of the pictures being included AND pictures talk for themself.

India's EDUCATION STATE- a LET DOWN!

India, home to Tremendous inventions and inventors."ZERO" which was  revolution in itself in the arithematic world was discovered n India. Aryabhatta,Sushruta,C.V Raman, AP.J Abdul Kalam and all of these were born in india..were all ahead of their times.

India is full of knowledge with the help of more innovation and techniques in education to know more n more what’s happening in world or we can say in global. Recent news is that were school-leaving student in HIMACHAL PRADESH AND TAMILNADU, were got poor result in mathematics, science and reading among, because of their education language is limited. It is not full of proper knowledge.  Students need practical education more than theory, so they can follow the procedure, how to make it? How to use it...if any of student has got more theory he will be frustrate. Better than he need more practical with the help of audio-visual, which help him out from the crisis

“Government blames India's poor educational score on cultural disconnect” in this they said student doesn’t reach up to the level. Due to the low marks in math’s, in science. And how chines student make up to the mark? If you give limited education to your student then it will be limited only it won’t get beyond the line. Student or leaner need national, international education including globally also.
Indian students are roped in globally, they have all the knowledge, but still they lack behind some or the other way.
Also, Literacy is still a problem in India. Besides Kerala and West bengal our literacy rates arent that efficient. We need to start from the very foundation, start education every child and every possible person in India. Only then can Inida's poor educational Score shall improve.

Capital Punishment.

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death by the state as a punishment for a crime. The judicial decree that someone be punished in this manner is a death sentence, while the actual process of killing the person is an execution. Crimes that can result in a death penalty are known as capital crimes or capital offences. The term capital originates from the Latin capitalis, literally "regarding the head" (referring to execution by beheading).

Capital punishment has in the past been practised by most societies (one notable exception being Kievan Rus) currently 58 nations actively practise it, and 97 countries have abolished it (the remainder have not used it for 10 years or allow it only in exceptional circumstances such as wartime). It is a matter of active controversy in various countries and states, and positions can vary within a single political ideology or cultural region. In the European Union member states, Article 2 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union prohibits the use of capital punishment.

Currently Amnesty International considers most countries abolitionist. The UN General Assembly has adopted, in 2007, 2008 and 2010, non-binding resolutions calling for a global moratorium on executions, with a view to eventual abolition. Although many nations have abolished capital punishment, over 60% of the world's population live in countries where executions take place, such as the People's Republic of China, India, the United States of America and Indonesia, the four most-populous countries in the world, which continue to apply the death penalty (although in India, Indonesia and in many US states it is rarely employed). Each of these four nations voted against the General Assembly resolutions
